Best restaurant in Gardiner, MT

I admit that I didn't have high expectations for Outlaws Pizza. Yes, their sign says best pizza in the west, but I wasn't convinced just because tourist town food isn't usually great. However, after trying to go to three different restaurants and them all being expensive or packed, we decided to give the pizza a try. I first tried to order the lasange. The waiter came back and told me they were out. So then I gave in to the pizza. I created my own, with a pesto sauce, artichokes, tomatoes, and mushrooms for $13. Let me tell you, I am so mad at myself I didn't try the pizza every other time I came to Gardiner. The pizza was SOOOO good! It was hot, had great flavor, and the crust was nicely browned and crispy on the edges. It tasted excellent! I asked about the dough as I left since I liked it so much, and the worker told me they make the dough fresh there daily. The restaurant is nothing fancy inside, but the food is good. Service was ok, staff was friendly, and restrooms clean. This is definitely my favorite restaurant in Gardiner.
