Walgreens

This was the worst experience I have ever had. I went here on 3/31/2016 went to the drive thru pharmacy to get some prescriptions filled at 8:35 pm. The girl at the window asked if I would be picking them up tomorrow because they close in a half hour. I said no I need them tonight, my daughter was in a car accident today and needs these medications she is in a lot of pain. I watched her as she went to taljvto the pharmacist and came back and said there is a 24 hour pharmacy at Michigan Ave , I said are you serious you have 25 minutes to fill this prescription where is your customer service. I have been in management of customer service for over 20 years this is totally unacceptable. This is a patient who needed assistance and the pharmacist was not concerned at all about her only that she got off work in 25 minutes. So I went down the street to Rite Aid at Middlebelt and Ford road and they were happy to fill the prescription it took 10 minutes. The pharmacist should be fired.
