To All at Dewey’s Transmission,
First, congratulations on 50 years! That in itself should be testament of your dedication to quality
work and customer care. I am a 37 year mechanic at a major automotive Engineering Lab
and do all my own mechanical work. Recently I needed you to replace the front differential
seals in my daughters 1997 Yukon and my 2002 Avalanche due to time constraints and or lack of access
to my garage. There are only 3 shops I trust and respect to do repair work for me when needed. One of
them being Dewey’s. The other 2 are specialized in different fields. Your work was done in a
professional and timely manner. I even got a bonus as one of the jobs came in under the quote! You
never hear of that. That alone shows your integrity and care for your customers. I wish you all a most

I couldn't be happier with my recent experience at Dewey's Transmission. The transmission in my work van wouldn't go into reverse so I needed to get it repaired as quick as possible. Since I'd had a great work done in the past - notably my brakes and a bad alternator, they were my first choice. Not only did they rebuild my transmission and get me back on the road in 3 days, but the cost was less than I expected to pay. Here I am 2 month's later, and everything is great ! Thanks Mike - I'm glad I found such a reliable mechanic

Had a rebuilt engine put in my car it lasted 2 months cost over 1000.00 when I took it back to Deweys it sat for almost four weeks when I called I was told were trying not to cost you more money so we work on it when we can so don't call I'll call you when it's ready. Well after four weeks went up there and he said it's done just couldn't get the noise out. Here I am 3 months later and the engine is shot. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Now I have no transportation and out of cash. Very very disappointed in Deweys I thought it was much more caring about their customers and not all about money or taking advantage of a grandmother! Yes a 30 day warrenty but what about standing by your name and reputation.

I brought in my '06 Honda Civic Si, it was having a clutch problem at around 170,000 miles. Mike did great work. They diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly. Saved me a bunch of time and money!!! The clutch feels like new! Great honest mechanics! Thanks again guys!
