I highly recommend Mrs. Dart for representation in a separation, divorce, child custody, or mediation on domestic affairs. She is fearless and fought to represent my interests in court. It is a good feeling to have Penny Dart on your side and using her vast knowledge of the law for you.

We used her as an "Examiner" for our divorce procedings. I know she had to cover all steps in the process. However, she was way too full of herself, grandstanding and meladramatic. She stuck her nose way too far into our business beyond the court's need to know. Definitely would not recommend her to anyone for anything.

I was going to use this law office to help me with a motor accident case, I met with Ms. Dart who agreed to take my case. As time went on I grew a little concerned because it was coming down the the statute of limitations for accident cases and nothing had been done. I spoke to her staff several time and they kept assuring me that she was working on my case that the matter would be taken care of. Three weeks before the statute of limitations was up on this accident case I decided to take my business elsewhere. Only to have to pay her for her time she didn't put into my case, I then was forced to claim chapter 13 bankruptcy due to her neglegence and lack of communication with my accident case. I would NEVER recommend Ms. Dart for any legal matters. Frankly I'm not sure why she is still in business and hasn't been sued by many more clients. My advice if you want to use her, "Run and Don't look back" Find another attorney that gives you the time of day and will work with you...They are a dime a dozen..
