This location has a very friendly and courteous staff. I visited recently for a routine eye exam, and Dr. Patel couldn't have been more thorough in explaining an unknown eye condition that was causing me some difficulties. His recommendations cleared up the dryness in my eyes that I had been experiencing and even helped my vision!



I will definitely be back and have recommended Dr. Patel to numerous friends and family.

Since I'm pretty much entirely blind, I made an appointment (2 days from when I called, plus in the evening - sweet!) I came in and saw Dr. Patel, he was great !! He explained everything to me and suggested a contact that would allow more oxygen to reach my eyes. He showed me the retinal photos they took which was actually really cool and took the place of getting dialated.

I don't have vision insurance, so they had knocked off an extra $150. They really do want to save you money here! I'm set to go back next week for a follow-up visit to make sure that the new contacts are working out for me. I'll absolutely continue to go to Peepers!!

This was the absolute WORST di...

This was the absolute WORST display of customer service I have seen in a long time. I went in with my mother because we had living social deals offering $200 off the frames with an exam. The exam itself was rushed and my mother's questions were not answered thoroughly. As soon as we walked to the front different frames were being shoved in our hands despite the fact that I had asked if we could have a moment to look. When we sat down (a whopping 10 minutes after looking) to finish the transaction, the salesperson rushed through everything, rolled her eyes and sighed heavily several times at my mother (who is hard of hearing and explained that). When we got to the point of paying, my mother was a little confused about the charges, but before the woman even showed us exactly what our totals included, she ran my moms card (while my mom was voicing confusion as to the total price). Her attitude was completely out of line and I will absolutely NEVER be returning to this place. I'm disappointed that we went cost conscious and used living social as opposed to paying full price elsewhere. If I could give it zero stars I would.

Absolutely a joke. No customer service. Staff is unprofessional and have no knowledge about insurance information as far as what is covered. I had to pay for services I was told were covered. Ridiculous. The staffing here also needs a HUGE lesson in customer service. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

The office staff is uneducated...

The office staff is uneducated and unprofessional. During my initial visit one of the employees was talking about personal issues to the optician right at the front desk. Not a major issue but just a bit unprofessional. Before I went back for the exam I was led to believe my contact fitting was free so we went ahead and did it. Then I was told that I had to pay for it. After my eye exam was done I spent about 35 minutes picking out a pair of frames. I came back the next day to put in my order only to be told that I wasn't yet eligible for new glasses even though my prescription had changed. I'm not sure why I wasn't told this information before I started looking at the frames. Then a couple days later, when I called to get my prescription I was told that they could not fax or email it to me because I did not sign the release on the back of the paper work!!! No one pointed it out to me or verified that I signed it! What a poorly run office. Very unacceptable.
