As you enter the lobby of the shop you are greeted with a *Great Big How Are You Today* And Most Of The Customers Are greeted by their names how wounderful is that. The employees that are employed their are very helpful with all of your questions and concerns. Taking my car for service I wanted to make sure that I was able to understand what needed to be service and what the cost would be. I needed a few different things done to my car but the repairman Mr. Tyson took the time and explain everything and the outline cost for each item. I was concern with the cost, because I am a single grandmother raising three grandchildren alone. I asked him what was the most important that needed to be done first, and I have been able to get a little done at a time. They did not rush me to get everything done at once as most repair shop do sometimes. They put customers first all of the time.
