        Overall

        Don Schmidt is a great asset to have on your home construction project. I initially thought about being my own general contractor but after working with Don, I’m very happy with my decision to let him manage my project. I ended up doing a lot of the work myself, and Don was very accommodating. He passed on invaluable knowledge about home building, gave me tips on my work, and even lent me his personal tools. I would not hesitate to work with Don again.
