I used Sanford Kramer to fix my hot water heater, and I'm glad I did. Their technician was truly a pleasure to have in my home. He was professional, knowledgeable, tidy, friendly, and efficient. A great job overall.

I spent $99 to get my main drain line opened which typically costs $300-$600 based on past experience. The plumber was professional, clean, organized, and timely. I would use them again.

I DO NOT recommend Sanford Kramer. I was charged $89 for a service call in which the only advice was to replace the entire system. The "comfort consultant" was then scheduled to come sell me the new system and did not show up for three consecutive appointments. I said to heck with this company and my uncle and I troubleshot the system in 1/2 hour. the only problem was on faulty connection. It is shameful that anyone would try and trick someone into buying a $5,000 heating system. Do not use this company.
