This company told me that they could be at my apartment at 8am and then the next morning 30 mins before they were to arrive after I had gotten up early and was around the corner from the apartment they were to clean. I receive a phone call stating that they would not be able to be there until 9am. I need to be at work at 9:30am like I told the manager the previous day. I told them I may be able to do 5pm. They then called me back and said we can do 5:30, so yet again I moved my schedule around to accomadate their company. Their company representative them became irrate and began fussing when I requested a discount for the inconvience of me switching my schedule around to accomadate their company. They have completely horrible customer service skills!

I was referred to this company by a friend, Who also was referred by a friend. I have shopped around for a long time, and now I can honestly say, I have finally found the right company for me. The staff is friendly and professional. I'm able to communicate well with my cleaners. They have always exceeded my expectations. I have and will continue to refer friends, family, and co-workers.
