Goshen Animal Clinic - Kenneth Ostroff DR

Horrible customer service experience at this clinic. Some of the staff and management are very unprofessional and rude, especially the office manager. They do not clearly explain the prices of their services and payment is required after the procedure, so you're forced to pay an amount you didn't initially agree to. There is a clear lack of communication between staff members. The price they give over the phone, and the price you discuss at check in, is very different than the price you are charged to pay AFTER the appointment. If you decide to go to this clinic, ask them to print your service fees before you see the doctor or you will walk out very frustrated because you will pay twice than what was explained to you before the service.

When expressing my concerns to the office manager she was very rude and condescending. She initially threatened to keep my cat if I didn't pay the amount she said - which was twice the amount I was quoted by her staff on 3 previous occasions. Only after I was in tears of frustration did she offer to work with me. I will NEVER go back to this clinic and I wish I could speak to the owners about their poor management and staff training.

Dr Ostroff & staff are very caring and good with my two dogs. Easy to get the appointments that I want, and they're pretty good at getting you in and out with out making you feel rushed. I've been going to them for 3 1/2 years now. Dr. Ostroff gives a lot of good useful information. Very confident group of people.
