The best decision I ever made was to take a class at Body Rhythm Aerobics! The classes are held in the evening during the week and in the morning on Saturdays. I felt welcomed when I first emailed them about classes and even more at home when I went for my first class. I was no where near in good shape when I started 7 months ago, but the instructors and the other women taking the class were encouraging. With that being said I have been coming back ever since. Losing inches, dropping weight, while having fun! Just note that the studio is somewhat small and Zumba can be crowded. Also, it is very, very reasonable compared to other studios and is worth the invest.

But I absolutely love the classes offered at ProFIT, especially Zumba class. Julie, the instructor, IS AMAZING! Her energy and attitude and skill are definitely top notch, and I can only say this because I've taken Zumba class at another gym and I did not enjoy it very much at all. She is always so positive and happy to teach the class, and I love watching her dance! I always sweat bullets after this class (and I am someone who doesn't sweat very much), so this class is such a workout. I would leave work early just to make it on time for this class. And it's so fun! I love dancing to Pitbull = )
For years I tried various gyms and programs but shortly after the novelty wore off I stopped. Curves is different. It is designed so well - mixing cardio and strengh training that it helps keep you on track. The music keeps you moving. The trainers are there to help if you need it, but they are not 'in your face'. I've been able to change from an infrequent exerciser to one who works out 3-4 days a week. As a result, I've lost weight and improved my life.
