My car was rear-ended and totaled last week, so I needed to buy a new car asap. It was my first time doing so, so I was unsure of myself and anxious about the process, decision, etc. I new I wanted a jeep liberty, and visited another dealership in the area first. The sales consultant there was not friendly and acted like he was annoyed with my questions and that I wasn't sure what I wanted/could afford. I found a jeep there that I liked but it was not the color I wanted & they tried to convince me to buy it anyway... But did offer a good deal that fit into my budget. I came to Criswell after that, late on Tuesday night, where I met Leon. He was high-energy and excited and told me that "no question is a stupid question" which made me feel better. We picked out a jeep that I LOVED and test drove it, and I was prepared to buy it that night. Unfortunately the finance rate Jackie initially got was higher than I expected and I was disappointed and felt like I couldn't decide right then. Sam then came and offered a further discount & Jackie said she would try to get a better rate for me in the morning (it was 10pm and they all stayed there to help me). I knew that they were all on my team, helping get me into the jeep that I loved. Leon & Jackie both followed up with me promptly the next day. Jackie worked really hard to find me a lower rate, and with the price Sam came down to, I was able to purchase the jeep today. Leon was really the best - he made me feel comfortable and was so happy to see me & made me feel like I was his only customer. He went above & beyond to make sure all my questions were answered & that all my needs were met. I would definitely refer anyone looking to buy a car to him. I know he is relatively new to the dealership but you would never know- he was knowledgeable and professional & seemed like he has been doing this for years. The only negative is how lengthy the whole process was from start to finish. But I have heard that car-buying in general is a long process so maybe it's just the norm... Not sure since it was my first tine doing this.

I have to admit, Criswell Chrysler Jeep Dodge is one of the finest dealerships there is. They were prepared when I arrived… This is my little story when I heard of Criswell, my friend told me that I needed a new car or up to date car, at first this was just a joke but then after I took it a bit serious… I’ve had the same vehicle for quite a while. And it was time for a new car! So she told me about Criswell Chrysler Jeep Dodge, I looked it up and saw this 2010 Dodge Challenger R/T Coupe! I said “wow that’s going to be my car”! When I said that it was about 3 days ago, I emailed my “get a new car friend” and she automatically said it’s so me. I knew I needed to get that car. I scheduled an appointment for Wednesday with Jason, Wednesday came and I was quite excited that morning and at the same time nervous. As soon as I walked in to the show room floor Jason was already waiting for me. That there made me feel comfortable, he walked me through all of the steps of financing and in the mean time I needed to drive that Challenger. My eyes were set on that vehicle and so we did, we drove it around and really felt attached to it. Once we came back he gave me all of the information to the vehicle for example the car fax report and other great stuff. I was so impressed with all the preparation Jason had for me. An hour and 30 minutes later I was driving away with my new 2010 Dodge Challenger R/T Coupe thanks to Criswell Chrysler Jeep Dodge and the whole team!!!
After having a terrible experience at another dealership, I reached out to Rhonda Duncan to inquire as to a certain vehicle they had in stock. I explained, I wanted a straight forward sales experience. Rhonda was prompt, professional and very honest during the entire transaction. Sam Hall, the General Sales Manager, met with me to evaluate my trade-in and gave me a very fair price without having to haggle. With these things agreed on, I left a deposit on the vehicle. During the next few days, Jeff Duncan helped me beat the loan rate offered by my bank, and was available for any questions or concerns I had. On Saturday we came to pick up the new Jeep, and it was all washed, gassed and ready to go. The sales paperwork was a quick and easy process. Rhonda spent time hooking up my phone to the Jeep and showing me how to use its features. Other salesman who were not part of my transaction, came up to congratulate me on my new Overland Summit, and were very friendly each time I was in the showroom. I have bought cars from Mercedes, BMW and Volvo, and this was by far one of the best sales experiences I have had. Additionally, my new Jeep is AWESOME! I would HIGHLY recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a new vehicle. I drove and hour to give them my business and would again.
