Dr.Tuggle made me the most beautiful upper denture’s!! I love them and they fit great!! I go back in about a week just to make sure no adjustments needs to be made. I have referred several people there because everyone there is so kind and it’s a great place!!

I had to go have a permanent tooth pulled and had the best experience possible. Back in middle-school I had a dentist pull out a permanent tooth out by accident instead of the baby tooth so needless to say I was very nervous when I went in last week. The staff was friendly and understanding and the dentist explained everything he was doing as he went along with the procedure. They never made me feel like a fool for waiting so long to have the tooth pulled either.

We've been patients of BGW Family Dentistry for over 10 years and they are awesome. Dr. Wood and my Hygienist Elaine are wonderful to me and my family providing us with excellent care. They really go the extra mile to insure your comfort during your visits. Always a big smile from Lori, receptionist as you arrive for your appt.
I've never ever had any issues with services or their care. Billing questions are always answered to my satisfaction. I looked around and glad a friend recommended them to me. A+

I am very disappointed in our dentist of 12 years, Dr. Bennett. On February 26, my husband had his 6 month appointment at Dr. Bennett’s, and said a tooth was sensitive. Dr. Bennett took an x-ray, and said it was probably a ligament. My husband was discharged.

Three weeks later, Saturday afternoon, 3/20, my husband called Dr. Bennetts office because of severe and continuing pain. A recorder said the office was closed, but it gave an emergency number to call for our dentist. He called the emergency number and my husband said he had not been able to sleep all evening because of pain in the same tooth and gums.
Ibuprofen had no effect. No call back from Dr Bennett. The next morning (Sun.3/21), another call to the number because now his face was swollen and pain. No call back again. We then called one of the other drs. phone numbers in the office, and asked them to contact Dr. Bennett. We then received a call from Dr. Bennett within 10 minutes, saying he was ordering an antibiotic and pain pill, and would check my husband on Monday morning to see what is going on, and we should call in the morning.

When he called Monday, he was told to make an appt. with an endodontist. Tuesday, 3/23, he saw the endodontist, who took an x-ray. The x-ray revealed he had an abscess that had been going on for a while, and had eaten into the bone, & enveloped 2 teeth. In short, Dr. Bennett had not found the problem, nor returned his emergency calls.
