5 Star Auto Sales

My daughter purchased an Impala from there last year. It has been problem after problem. Everything from over heating to replacing heads to now the car won't crank. She has never missed a payment yet the dealership wont work with her to resolve the issue; let her trade out the car and that that piece of junk they sold her. Right now 5 star gets 1 star from me. So much for customer satisfaction!

We bought our car from 5 star auto sales and I would send any of my friends and family to there lot to purchase a vehicle! They treat u like family from the time u walk in the door up until .... Well I don t know because as of this day we are still treated as family! There staff is friendly!! From the time u arrive to the time u leave u will feel very comfortable and treated with the respect! We will be using them again!! Thank u David and to the rest of the staff at 5 star auto sales!!

Best service I have ever had! they were friendly and truly put my interest first. I was turned down buy almost all dealerships but they worked with me to get a loan and put me on a payment plan around my budget. I would send all my friends and family here!

This place helps out a lot of people who can't get financed at the franchise dealerships. The inventory is nice and the people are easy to work with. Ask for David.

Today I purchased my third vehicle from 5 star. They have ALWAYS treated me like family when I call or go in. If there are ever any questions about my vehicle they are happy to look at it and correct any problems. I am grateful for such an awesome group of people. I would recommend them to anyone!!! I bought my car a few months ago at 5 Star Auto Sales, and it had a couple of small issues I discovered after the sale. I called and spoke with the GM, Brent, and he was very helpful. He scheduled me an appointment with the repair shop the same day, and they took very good care of me. I am grateful for all of the help they gave me. They continually go above and beyond, and aren't just "car dealers". They are my friends. I recommend them to my friends regularly. They even have a referral program that gives $200 for every referral I give them that buys a car! Awesome! Thanks, guys!!

We purchased a car for our 16 yr old daughter in September. We paid cash and it still took almost 30 days to get the title. When we tried to get the tag, we discovered there was not a current emissions. As part of the Clean Air Force, the seller is required to provide a current emissions if they know you are registering the car in a county that requires emissions. They knew we would need a current emissions. Of course it failed emissions because of a bad ERG. When will called the dealership, they did not want to take responsibilty for anything. After much discussion, they finally decided to try and fix the problem. We live 45 minutes away and after getting the car to them and keeping it for a day, they said it was fixed. We picked it up and th engine light came on the next day. The problem was not fixed. They basically put a bandaid on hoping it work. We tried to get them to take care of the problem again, but they were very unwilling to do anything. We spent $200 to replace the ERG and that was the part alone. Upon going to get the emissions, while at the emissions testing center, the engine light came on again! This time it ws the 02 sensor. It cost $350 to fix this problem. We finally got a passing emissions. I am going to report this dealership to the Clean Air Force for their violation. Hopefully, they will get a fine for not complying with the emissions. The salesman was so nice and really tried to tell us what a great deal we got. Well, the deal was not so great if we have to spend another $600 to get an emissions on the car.

I love this car dealership. They gave me a great deal on a car and financed me even though I do not have perfect credit. I definitely would recommend them for your next car purchase.
