University of Florida Health is the Southeast’s most comprehensive academic health center. With main campuses in Gainesville and Jacksonville, UF Health includes six health colleges, seven research institutes and centers, two teaching hospitals, two specialty hospitals, and a host of physician medical practices and outpatient services throughout north central and northeast Florida. Approximately 1,100 UF physicians provide care in about 100 specialty and subspecialty medical areas, from primary care to highly complex, subspecialty care, including cancer, cardiovascular, neurology, neurosurgery, pediatrics and transplantation services. More than 80 UF physician practices throughout north central and north Florida expand our care even further. The leading-edge physicians in our group practice offer invaluable services to our patients. Communication is a key to success in medical care, and UF physicians collaborate within one network and one medical record to treat patients efficiently and effectively. Dedicated to high-quality patient care, clinical education and research, UF faculty physicians, nurses and the entire health care system strive to improve our patients’ lives and to put you at the center of everything we do. Hours vary. Most locations are open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Limited evening services are available in some locations.
