Greyhound Bus Lines

Completely ridiculous, I tried to book a bus and the manager (white guy) insisted I (an african american male) couldn't get on the bus because it was full. I waited for the bus to arrive to find there were 12 empty seats, and the manager told me "my kind of person" isn't welcome. Disgusting.

I believe his name was Scott & I couldn't believe how tremendously courteous & kind he was! I took an early bus (6:25 am) and arrived right at opening. He was very friendly (which is amazing for anyone at that hour) and helped me through the whole processes seeing as it was my first time using greyhound. He showed concern for me when he thought another patron may have been bothering me, helped me carry my bags to the bus & just went above and beyond at his job! Made my first greyhound experience a wonderful one.

These guys were so great. They were kind friendly and curtious. My engine blew in my car and I only had 200$ left to my name to get back to Wisconsin all the way from Gainesville FL. They guy got me on an early bus to start heading back to WI. The layover times as they call them were outrageous... At least so I thought. When I got to my first destination I was supposed to wait there for 7 1/2 hrs before my bus was to arrive, but as sure as me and you... My bus was all ready there and boarding passengers to go to the next place. I am now 7 1/2 hours ahead of schedule!!! Which is great and amazing!!!! They supply free Wi-Fi on the busses for your laptop or phone which is awesome and very helpful for such a long trip as WI. Besides the few racist bus drivers and a bit of a dirty bathroom. I would recommend these guys to anyone any day.
