So, The gentleman up front (glasses, long mustache) in the shop is very cool and knows his stuff, GREAT customer service from him and would be willing to PURCHACE from that shop again....... HOWEVER, the smith worries me. I took my shotgun there to have it fixed. when they called to tell me it was done i arrived and checked it out. The action was very stiff and hard to cycle. got home and tried it and it was terrible. took it back to the shop and talked with the front man. he said he noticed it and mentioned it to the smith. He said the smith said to just let it go. took it back and had him fix the problem. finally fixed, but the fact that the smith knew it wasnt working right and let it go makes me hesitate to have more work done there. My advice? shop there, and test the smith, let him work on something small first.
Not a place for black guns but if you have any and all hunting, shooting or classic firearms they will perform quality work at fair shop prices. They have a large selection of side arms and long arms and will take the time to help you select the right fit for you. They have odd ball caliber ammunition the you will never find at the big box stores. All in all check them out you won't be disappointed. As to the previous post I feel they have corrected the smith problems as the owner now performs all the work himself replacing the previous smith he employed.
