I love this Sprouts so much..it actually makes me feel really good to shop there. The store is small so it helps keep me focused on what I'm actually looking for. Though it's a smaller store, they have a great selection of healthier and cleaner foods than other normal grocery stores do. There are some weekends where I will do two grocery store trips just so I can explore Sprouts options (AND THE BULK BINS!!!) before going elsewhere to get some more commercial items. Their produce and deli meat are both fresh and tasty. They have great savings and promotions each week as well. I am obsessed-completely- with their bulk bins...probably because I miss going to Wegmans (oh college), but also because it really is the best way to get the most bang for your buck on dried grains and beans. They also do accept coupons and put their own out as well.
I love the specials on the different vvariety of nuts in the open bins. They have an excellent varieyt of trail mixes ans flavored nuts and I can buy them in the quantity I need rather than buyinhg a packet and storing or discarding the excess. The fruits and vegetables are fresh and seasonal and the weekly specials can result in some sepctacular savings. The staff is helpful and friendly and their extensive array of supplements is a delight to browse through...And best of all on Wednesdays you get to shop the previous ads as well as the current week's specials and if you are willing to go in after 8 p.m. no lines or crowds. The only quibble I have is they close an hour too early for my liking but it is a minor quibble.
This store is extremely clean, well stocked and the staff is very cordial. Their biggest problem is overpriced items. You have to selectively shop. A good example is the 1/2 gallon of Shepps 1% Chocolate milk. They are charging $4.29 for the half gallon. This is over a $1 more than the same item can be purchased at Wal-Mart or Albertson's and that is using their card.
