I recently bought a Jeep from Pat Lobb on 121. I LOVE my Jeep. But, Pat Lobb didn’t make the Jeep so let’s discuss my experience with them. When I bought the Jeep, my salesperson went through a very thorough delivery. In that delivery she showed me the grab handles that were stowed in the glove compartment. She showed me how to install them in the case I decided to install them. Then put them back in the glove compartment. After the delivery, my Jeep went back into the shop twice for various reasons and to the fuel tank to get gas. Once I got my new Jeep home my wife said she wanted the grab straps installed. I said sure thing, Darling. But, when I looked in the glove box, there was nothing there. I called my salesperson at Pat Lobb and left messages but it was fruitless to leave messages. Apparently, once your check clears the bank they are done with you as I never once received a call back. When I finally caught her answering her phone, her answer to my dilemma was to “come on back up here, we’d love to sell you a new set”. They are not expensive but after spending over $30K and clearly seeing the grab handles before they mysteriously disappeared, I really thought they would replace them for me. It really makes me wonder if they’ve got a racket going on up there.

I have been searching for a new Range Rover for a while. After speaking with David the salesperson we got the British royal treatment upon arriving. David sat with us and went over all the details of the vehicle. We took a brief drive over the test track then out on the road. When we came back I asked him if he needs to do the typical ask your manager; his response " I'm Your guide and will take you thru the whole process". I have purchased many high end vehicles yet never been treated this well. Tracy the Finance Mgr was very detailed and even explained extended warranty options and why we should lease instead of buying. Wasn't a fan of lease in the past but saving thousands of dollars it made sense because we trade every 3 years anyway. David introduced me later to Fred my advisor for additional service. We spent close to an hour on the truck but well worth it! So much great technology. If you want a pleasant experience go see the good folks up in Frisco. I give two thumbs up and over all the best high line experience I have ever had.
