Very Bad Experience,I first called a week prior to reschedule my move to the following week so imagine my surprise when the movers called me to tell me they were on their way.not to mention they were late okay no big deal things happen but. I had several things broken my dishes,porcelain stand curtain rods my husband found out on the curb where the movers truck was parked, glass shelves as well as missing shelves my daughter's soccer goal brand new in the box all my curtain rods from my master bedroom. I did contact Robert the manager who gave me the impression he would rectify the matter but I never heard back from him I don't intend on wasting my time with this karma is something and I feel God will handle it from here. But I know I sometimes relay on reviews to help me in my decision on using or going to a place of business. I really hope this doesn't happen to any one else. It's a loss to my family and were stuck having to try and replace the things we can because some of it I'm not going to be able to find again.

EXCELLENT MOVING COMPANY! These guys worked today in the cold and rain and did not stop for a minute (except when I got them pizza). They covered and plastic wrapped all my furniture, and layed blankets on the floor of my home so they would not get the floors wet. After all that work, they set up all our beds and hooked up the washer and dreyer. Rob, Mark, Larry and Calvine did a great job tonight and I promised them that I would tell everyone and post it. Let me first start by saying that I believe that the service I received from Legacy's employees are a direct reflection of the owner of the company, Doug. The employees are overworked, underpaid, and treated badly. I witnessed it firsthand. The guys had a great attitude with me. However, when your boss is working you from 9:00AM until 1:00AM, there is a cost. Unfortunatly, our family paid that price in our move with Legacy. We have moved five times long distance in 20 years. The move with Legacy cost me more in dollars and durress than all of those moves combined. Doug over promised and under delivered. He spreads his guys too thin in name of the almighty dollar. I had put my deposit down and booked my move with Doug. I was susposse to have packers for 2 days prior to my move. I had one for 1/2 of a day prior to my move day. i kept getting pushed back and pushed back, even to the point that Doug wanted to push my move off an entire day! Come to find out, he had doubled booked. So instead of taking care of his customer, me, he went after the bucks and booked his guys to move someone instead of being at my house to pack us up. They showed up at 5:00AM and didn't leave until 1:30AM. After telling Doug how rude and inconsiderate this was of me and my job and my children's school the next day, he told me I had no choice! Our belongings finally make it to the destination, and almost EVERY SINGLE PIECE is damanged. Dealing with Legacy Moving has cost me so much more than the $7,500 that I was charged to move our household!! If your sanity is worth anything to you, do not use Legacy Moving

Just wanted to let everyone know that I was very happy with the moving service I received from Legacy Moving Services in Frisco, TX. The movers were really easy to work with. We downsized our home and moved out of state and still had way too much stuff but "The Fun Movers" really worked with me in getting everything into our new house. They did not complain when I asked them to move a few things around to make it fit better. Rob, Reggie, Marc, and Larry were just happy to do the job and make it work!



We did get a lot of rain and windy weather the day of the move and I thought about changing dates but they said that I needed to keep the date I had set up because they had another house to move the next day. They even sent an extra mover at no charge to make sure eveything went smooth and remained on schedule! Now that's service!



Our overall experience with Legacy Moving Services was Excellent. The men had a great attitude, were very strong and worked very hard to get the job done. I am happy to say there were no damages and all my items arrived on time, safe and in great condition. I highly recommend Legacy Moving Services to anyone that is looking for a local moving company that provides excellent out of state service. Call Doug and his team today!

We have been in our new office for several months now, but the memory of the great experience we had with your team at Legacy Moving has not faded! I have spent some time thinking about how our relocation could have gone better. I had one or two vendors let me down, but in the category of the actual move itself, it could not have gone better. We were so pleased in every way! The bid you provided was well received and stayed within our moving budget. The free boxed and perfect delivery of them for us to prepare the move was perfect in every way. Everything for our packing arrived on time. On moving day, we absolutely loved our crew! They were very careful, professional, very strong and had your fun mover personality! Everyone of the crew you sent had a positive attitude and it showed in there work. From packing all of our desk, file cabinets, file carts, office chairs, flat screen TV s, computers and all electronic equipment. I must say, everything arrived just as it left. In perfect operating condition. Every person I met at Legacy Moving was top notch. I love that your crew wore those bright color shirts with their names across the back. That really helped us to call upon them when we needed it. Those guys were so polite! I must admit, there is a wonderful difference in working with a company where everyone s mission seems to be to make the customer happy, take extra special care of items and do this in a manner that is cheerful and efficient. We re not moving again for quite awhile, but I am so happy to highly recommend your services to anyone who needs a fantastic mover. Thank you Doug and thank your crew for me.
