Desire salon is under new management now. new stylists with great attitude and long experience have improved this salon altogether.

You cant beat this place. I bought a voucher on Amazon local and spent right at $100 all and all. ($55 voucher, $45 here) Ive been given VIP treatment from the very beginning and both women here are in know with current styles and fashion trends! Professional run, with runway music in the background! oh, not to mention the wine!!! love this place!

My first appointment, nobody showed up. I had to call to reschedule and I received a "sorry about that". Yeah, thanks. I'm sorry I had to pay double tolls, double gas and double babysitter fee. Guy was more worried about spraying himself with cologne than keeping the color off my face. He was so creepy that I didn't even argue when he said that the style wasn't part of my Groupon (http://www.groupon.com/deals/desire-salon-spa-1)when he already didn't highlight because he said it would damage my hair. I just wanted out of there as fast as possible. The counters were full of hair. The barbicide container was only half full, but it didn't matter because the comb didn't even go in there. And he used a scunci brush. The roller brushes were also full of hair.

I came in here needing my hair cut to an easierr to stlye cut. My hair is wavy and easier to style wavy than straight. I just had a baby and needed styling to be simpler. Instead I got a horrible cut that requires me to straighten it daily! Plus he cut bangs! I specified I do not want bangs!! When I told him he just gave me bangs, he brushed them over like he could hide them from me! Really!! Then he tried to sell me a round brush! Why would I buy a round brush if I asked to do my hair wavy! It has been 8 weeks and I am still beyond upset about my horrendous haircut!!
