AT&T

They sold me a broken phone and when I tried to return it the next day they made me pay a $75 restocking fee. When I told them I wasn't paying for that, he said that he could drop it down to $35 but that's all he could do. When I asked to speak to his superior he said that I couldn't and that the owner would never contact me. It was the worst customer service I've EVER had. I can't believe they would make me pay to return a brand new broken phone.
