        I went in Friday to purchase a mattress. I had already done a great deal of research online and almost knew what I wanted. The sales associate was terrible and obnoxious. Had I not already basically known what I wanted I would have left the store immediately. I kept trying to have private conversations with my dad, whom I brought with to get advice from, and she kept following us and eavesdropping and putting her own two cents in. I get the concept of upselling but she pushed every little thing she could, box spring, adjustable bed, mattress that were out of my price range. I had told her that I was replacing my mattress because my cat had urinated on it and she failed to tell me I needed a special bag for haul away so I had to drive all the way back in to pick one up. I would never return to this store again, I've had amazing experiences at their Rodgers location, that's where I will go from now on.
