Not sure if this is a good facility is good or not. I cant seem to get pass the referral person named
Angela she is rude and unprofessional. When my mother was referred to this clinic for surgery and it was marked urgent. Angela hadn't even reviewed it until I called. Which my mother was told she would have a call within 48 hour. It now has been 6 day and nothing has been done. Angela has the nerve to call me and ask me to stop calling the clinic and inquiring about the status. I had left 2 messages on the machine within three days. Only because I had not gotten a return call. I also work in a medical facility and am married to a physician,and this is very unprofessional. When she called I had expected an update not a scolding.
