        Joel Winter was excellent in how he handled my case, I tripped and fell at a local business and broke 6 ribs and tore my rotator cuff. He took the time to explain the process to me and got me a fair injury settlement. Everyone that I dealt with in the office was professional and always helpful. Joel Winter is an excellent attorney and a genuinely nice guy. Highly recommended.

        I was looking for an attorney that specializes in evictions and called him. He doesn’t do that any longer but he took the time to tell me what he thought about my legal matter. He was professional kind knowledgeable and generous with his time. I highly recommend him

        JOEL TALKS LIKE LIKE A CORPORATE ATTORNEY: (TO THE POINT), LOVE IT CAUSE IN COURT IF YOU MEALY MOUTH THE COURT ... THEN CONTEMPT AND FELONY ABUSE AND FELONY DELAY OF JUSTICE CAN APPLY... (JAIL).

        Caution I made a down payment with this attorney decided it was not for me after consulting with another attorney and he has not returned my $1000. When I called to request my money back he informed me he would charge for that call as well! He has never given me an accounting of his so called service. So much for the free initial consultation.

        I have searched through my records of prospective and closed bankruptcies and cannot find this person by any of these names. I do not recognize the face. I charge a flat fee for bankruptcy, and so I never charge for phone calls. I cannot tell what services this person claims I was contracted to perform by this statement. I do not litigate probate matters so take no retainers. I do provide "end of life" documents but also do that for a flat fee. Somehow I think this person has mistaken me for someone else. Without specifics I cannot respond in any meaningful way to this person's complaint. I do practice personal injury law in this office now but those cases are all taken on a contingency basis and so I never take money up front from those clients.
