HORRID place to bring the family. There is a reason as to how I rated each section here. We have been here more than 1 year, less than 5. I've grouped the review to cover all categories covered in the ratings. 100% true and honest from my experience.



-PARKING: is minimal and UNSAFE, 2 of our cars have been stolen and we have alarms on our cars. They have a reputation of the garages getting broken into as well. I do not have one but have seen the aftermath, and received the notices informing us of said events.



-NOISE: you can hear the neighbors physically fighting. The police are here often. The walls are thin so you can hear normal conversations and NOTHING is private including any "private events" to keep this G rated.



-GROUNDS: every Wednesday like clockwork the gardeners are here cleaning. Garbage is picked up twice a week. Overall appearance is actually quite nice. They have designated grass areas for the dogs.



-SAFETY: can NOT be guaranteed here. They are not good at replacing light bulbs either. The back section of the complex are "house" like 3 bedrooms and are more run down looking than the rest of the complex and are frightening at night.



-CONSTRUCTION: it looks like they rush to clean and do a REALLY SLOPPY job of painting after moving out. They didn't change out our carpets and are more than likely going to try to charge US for the stains that we have documented at time of move in. The seal around our windows and doors are very poor. Our PG&E is about $95 a month in the summer for a small unit which is OUTRAGEOUS compared to friends and family for same size paying $35-50 per month. Very little storage space here and only downstairs apartments have the capability for washer/dryer hook ups.



-MAINTENANCE: It's practically non-existent here. We've had issues with toilets breaking and the maintenance man breaks it further causing a MAJOR delay in the repair process only to find out that he didn't fix it. They DO NOT repair ANYTHING in a timely manner. Like I have said, We've been here for more than 1 year less than 5 and there are MANY things we've asked to be repaired or replaced (before we moved in) and have yet to receive. We continue to tell management and NOTHING is ever done. I'm giving the impression that it is nothing but an inconvenience and not their problem.



-STAFF: does not respond to ANY issues unless you make it a daily event which is a major hassle especially for the working family. The maintenance man doesn't seem very friendly at all and it is unsettling knowing that he makes major repairs when he doesn't seem qualified. Management doesn't seem to have much concern unless it is not a major inconvenience to them personally.



OVERALL, I would strongly suggest not residing here with children or alone. I would make sure to move in with another person and TAKE PICTURES & document EVERYTHING before you move in, save them as proof. Save the copy of the lease. Even though they do nice events for them such as egg hunts and pool parties, from what we have experienced this is not a safe environment for children to be exposed to.
