For the area you couldn't go wrong on the price! Very quiet complex. Also they are very quick to fix any maintenance issues (only had to have a light bulb replaced). Garages if you want them. Car ports for a alternative if you don't want a garage. Very very safe area. Trash is always taken care of as well as landscaping. Overall best complex in area for the price.
