Bad Buds Car Wash

Do NOT go to Bad Bud's car wash at 6777 N. Cedar Avenue. They will jack up your car! I went there on Friday 10/21/13 and my convertible top on my car was ripped to shreds. I filed a report with them and they told me they would get back to me today. I just heard from them and they told me that because my car was 10 years old that they weren't going to do anything about it. He said that the attendant told him that when she sprayed my car there was water leaking and that she told me about it before I went in, which is a bold faced lie. If she HAD said that i would have backed out of there. I told him about the car in front of me that had a ladder that was strapped down on a platform behind his car and that it had been ripped off and the straps bent up so obviously their settings were set too high. I had to wait until the attendant went into the car wash to retrieve it before I could go through and he said ladders fall all the time. (this one was strapped down and the metal restraints were bent afterwards...I looked as I drove by...that should have told me something but by that time I was committed)

At any rate, I told him that regardless of the cars age, his equipment ripped it to shreds and that's the bottom line. He basically said eff you! (not in those words, but that is what he meant) I told him I was going to tell everyone I knew that this is the way he runs his business. He said go ahead...

So, DO NOT go to this car wash if you value your car. I hope every one of you shares this. If I could give this zero stars, I would. This establishment is not ethical.

Ive been fueling up, shopping and getting my car washed at Bad Bud's since 2004 .. Ive only had good expierences with this company.. the prices are reasonable, the care wash is quick and easy, but most of all the employee's are always so willing to help in any way needed.. I would always recomend Bad Bud's..
