I would not stay here again
Good, clean rooms, quiet neighborhood....the only downfall is the Customer Service. We stayed here for 2 nights last month & a woman @ the Front Desk was very rude to us, she said if you make a reservation through a 3rd party (such as Expedia) which we did, your reservation is NOT guaranteed. I requested & paid for a non-smoking with King size bed 1 month in advance & ended up in a room with a Queen size bed. I asked to get the difference reversed on my card or possibly a credit for future stay & they said I was stuck paying the full price for the King. I also felt pressured to have to stay in a smoking room even after I told her I have asthma, I tried talking with management to clear it up after our stay but the manager was rude too & did not help at all.
