Ann's Hair Care

I went to Ann's Hair Care to get some "natural looking" highlights. I showed her lots of pictures in magazines to make it really clear what I wanted. She seemed really confident that she could and would do what I wanted. First, she put some very ugly, unnatural brassy streaks in my hair. After I told her that I didn't like it, she tried to convince me that it was beautiful and that she did an excellent job. I hated it, so I asked her to fix it. She then proceeded to make it 100 times worse by basically painting the whole crown of my head with bleach and lightening just the top of my head destroying my healthy base line. Now I look like a copper top battery! And when my hair grows out, there will be an ugly base line of roots. Very UNNATURAL!

To make things worse, while she was doing my hair, she gave three other haircuts to people and washed and dried another lady's hair without washing her hands while going back and forth between clients. She even had me blow dry by own hair after both dye jobs.

The next day, after getting other opinions from other salons stylists in the area, I came back and asked for my money back. She only refunded me $35 of the $85 I paid her the whole time arguing with me that she thinks my hair is perfect. I think she should of given me $500 for the fact that she RUINED my healthy, brown hair.

I now have to pay over $200 to get it fixed.

Please, do yourself a favor and NEVER go to Ann's Hair Care on Grimmer in Fremont.
