I believe that all business is about customer services. Unfortunately, my first impression is bad enough with Allied Auto Stores in Fremont, CA.
I was looking for a master cylinder for my Dodge pickup truck. I found it on Allied Auto Stores? website. I called in to request the part since it?s not in stock.
The person answered my call said they will sell it the same price as listed on Allied Auto Stores? website and it?ll be ready this afternoon. He asked me for an account number which I don?t have one, then he asked me to come to the store to purchase it because I am not eligible to get an account since I am a general public and no credit card purchase allowed over the phone.
Two sales helped me in the store, and both failed to impress me with their customer service skills. The second sales told me I have to pay $6 more for a non-stock item. He indicated that ?he is the man speaking to me at this moment not the guy first answered my call and it?s up to me to buy it with the increased price or leave it.? I was very disappointed, period.
I ended up bought the part because I need it now. However, I don?t think I?ll go back to this Allied Auto Stores again.
