Gugino Plumbing Heating & Air Conditioning

They came and fixed my air conditioner unit by replacing the blower for $497. A few hours passed and there was water running out of the air conditioner unit all over the floor. They came back out and charged me another $97 stating that the drain was plugged and had nothing to do with them working on the unit earlier in the day. Spoke with the Owner who was less than helpful. All about the $$, Poor Customer Service!!! I have never posted a negative review but, feel like I needed to share my Poor Experience with this Company.

Have gone to Gugino for the last 3 years. Work is always satisfactory, timely, professional. Rate is what you would expect.

Paid these idiots a lot of money to install washer and dryer. Now none of my drains drain. They refuse to make it right. Won't even call me back. Will never recommend this company to anyone. Poor customer service.
