Santa Fe Car Wash & Auto Detailing

WORST CAR WASH PLACE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I took my vehicle there to have a bumper to bumper detailing job which cost $140. Since it would take awhile we dropped the vehicle off. When my husband picked up the vehicle and brought it home I was immediately outraged. My white truck still had dirt around the handles, dirt inside on the dashboard and around the sides on the outside of the vehicle. I asked my husband where was the receipt and his reply was Ramone (the guy who did the terrible job) told him that they (the company) do not give receipts for detailing and the payment was cash only. I immediately knew that something was shady about this transaction and this car wash. The next day I took my vehicle back and spoke to a guy named Joe who was another detailer. He looked over my vehicle and said he agreed the job was done incorrectly and that he always has to go behind Ramone to correct his work. Joe took my vehicle and worked on it for over 3 hours ensuring that I got exactly what I paid for. My husband and I were approached by a very unprofessional guy named Troy who claimed to be the manager and said we (my husband and I ) shouldve never told Joe about the vehicle being done incorrectly because now it will get back to the owner. At this point i knew that Ramone, Joe, amd Troy (the supposedly manager ) were all pocketing customers money for detailing jobs. He went on to say that he will personally make sure that Ramone gives us back the $140. The next day on 12/15/16 which is the third day I had to deal with this place, I returned and again spoke to Troy who changed his story and his demeanor became worse. He stated Ramone claimed he never received any money from us (why would he work on the vehicle for free?) SHADY!!! And that he could not make him return any money. We asked for the owners info and he refused to supply us with it. He became irate and began cursing at us. This place is a rip off and I guess the owner doesn't mind being robbed as well.

BEWARE!!!...Before turning my vehicle over to the car wash attendant, I rolled up all my perfectly working windows. Upon my return, I found that my driver side window had been broken. I brought this to the Manager's attention, who then, gave me a claim form to fill out, along with a promise that I would hear from the owner in regards to this matter. I did not hear from anyone via phone or email in over the given time frame. I returned to Santa Fe in Central Park and again, was promised that I would hear from the owner. He NEVER got back in touch with me. I am aware that accidents happen, and believe that the lacking professionalism of this business owner merits a WARNING with a THUMBS DOWN on customer service. We as consumers deserve to be acknowledged when our property is damaged as a result of "paying" for a service at any business. I highly recommend finding a car detailer with integrity. I just wash my own.

This was a great place. They had exceptional service and great prices. I would recommend this car wash to everyone.
