MARE Inc is a marine dealership that started in 1968 in Frederick, Maryland. The name stands for Marine and Recreational Equipment, but that was too much to put on a business card. MARE Inc. has two locations strategically located to serve customer from the Baltimore/Washington metropolitan area south to Richmond, VA. MARE Inc. has always specialized in fishing boats. We proudly carry products from Ranger Boats, Tracker Marine, Xpress Boats and Mercury Outboards, so you can see that fishing is our business. We believe that our product lines are second to none and we are sure that once you see them you will fully agree. Fishing and boating is all about having fun with your family and friends. In today's changing world, just escaping from the rat race is something that all of us truly need to do more. Making the wrong decision on a boat purchase will not only take your hard earned money, but it will eliminate all the fun and relaxation that you planned on having. Our employee's and management are truly proud that MARE Inc. has been named the Dealer of the Year for 2004 by Ranger Boats. MARE Inc. was selected as Dealer of the Year out of Ranger's approximately 200 dealers nationwide. Only one other dealer and MARE Inc. in the history of Ranger Boats has won the Dealer of the Year and The Legacy Award ( MARE Inc. won Legacy Award in 1999 ). We will not settle or rest because we won this honor, we instead will use it as a step to further enhance our customer service. We strive to do a better job than anyone else, but we are not perfect and do make mistakes from time to time. How you handle a problem or mistakes is a large part of customer service and we feel that this is an area that we do a good job and apparently Ranger Boats agrees. I would like to thank all of Mare Inc.'s loyal customers and those of you that will join the Mare boating family in the future for the trust you have given us.
