Worst experience I have ever had with one of my children's birthday parties. First off, you walk in and there is zero organization with the staff, stood around for 10mins before they figured it out. Then you are rushed so much you end up getting stressed out. The party planner is constantly announcing you have 5mins, 3mins, etc. My daughter wasn't able to have a piece of cake because she had limited time to open gifts. Then she was not able to open all her gifts because we were told if we went over the time, it was $10 a minute. Are you kidding me? Then we bring chips and dip for the kids and were told we can have chips but no dip. We were also told that if we have pizza we cannot have the garlic sauce that goes with it. What sense does this make? The best is yet to come, After we were rushed out and went to settle up they quoted us one price and charged another. You get the picture, STAY AWAY, do yourself a favor and go elsewhere..
