Mariachi Restaurant

Pure bliss...that's how I felt about the spinach enchiladas. Made with cheese and fresh spinach and topped with a creamy spinach sauce and served with white rice, beans, and pica de galla, it was wonderful. It was a lunch special that also came with a garden salad and a beverage for $9.99 (there were also other entree choices available with the special)..I'm not usually a big fan of Mexican food, but I hope to return here. I'm hoping they make the spinach enchiladas a part of the regular menu. Vegetarians and non vegetarians will both enjoy this. It was also not spicy or salty, which suited my taste--I guess you'd have to tell them to spice it up if that's what you like. The salsa served with chips was very good flavorwise, but runny, making it difficult to not make a mess.Other people I was with ordered different dishes and all seemed pleased. Service was friendly and attentive and the decor was pleasant with cloth tablecloths and napkins. Definately plan to return.

You can't beat this restaurant, owned by the same winning team that has operated Mexicali Cantina and Cacique; the food lives up to the same standards as the other restaurants. Service is excellent (plenty of wait staff), bright and cheerful and the food is always hot, fresh, plentiful, varied and delicious!!! Go there for dinner tonight!
