Walmart - Photo Center

Last week I came in this store and bought The Better Homes and Gardens Maddox Crossing Writing Desk. Before I bought the desk I checked the website to see if I could order it online and have it shipped to my home since this desk is very heavy compacted in the box. the website did not have it so I went to the store to buy it. Got it home and put together and was very pleased. A few days later I checked the website and it was there and it was $119.00 vs. the $149.00 I paid in the store. The next day I went back to the store with my receipt to get a $30 dollar credit. The Customer Service MGR would not credit me the $30. He told me the UPC code on my receipt was not the same as the UPC on the online desk. WHAT???? IT'S THE SAME DESK!!!! He stood there and told me it was not the same desk. I even showed him the picture of the desk I put together and it matched exactly to the desk on the website... Keep my $30 Walmart because I will take my business elsewhere from now on. Bye!

I just called to see if they carried a certain product. The employee that answered the phone was very friendly, he told me he was going to look for the product.....He never came back! I was waiting for a half hour for nothing! I consider my time to be valuable and, I believe that Walmart Employees should as well. I'll never call them again. Very poor customer service. Consider a sale and a reliable customer lost.

The store is a mess. 1 register was open at 5 minutes to 11 at night! 1. Not acceptable. Absolutely ridiculous.

Don't call over there to check on anything - The phone service there is horrible - over 2 minutes of the phone ringing - Then they transferred me to the department and it rang for another 2 minutes before I ended up hanging up and having to call back - Just for the phone to ring another 2 minutes - Unbelievable!!!
