Franklin Veterinary Clinic

We've taken our dogs to see Dr"T"since 1992 and have always been satisfied and treated with respect from the staff thru the 5 dogs we have had in that period 4 different breeds. From puppies thru the end we will not see another Vet !

I used to take my dog to see dr. Thebert back in 2002. We moved away in 2007 but when we came back to the midwest, i immediately contacted them,even when now I live in Illinois and it is an hour trip. They always find me a spot to see me a fast as possible, considering how popular this vet is, he is always booked. Front desk ladies are compassionate and that is what matters to me. Love this practice, and looks like everybody else does too!

My parents use to take their dog to this clinic when I was younger and they loved the place. The boarding was the best part of the entire facility. So now I recently adopted a pup from the humane society and decided to take him there for his check up. Wow things have changed. When we arrived two women were at the front desk and neither of them looked at me, said hello or made any acknowledgment that we were there. After an extended pause one of the ladies looked at her computer and blankly said is this Axle. After responding she gave me paper work to fill out and that was that. Once in the room the doctor came in with his assistant. The assistant was nice but the doctor was rude and made me feel I was wasting his time. He was very unprofessional while he conducted the exam. The one thing that really got me was the entire time he was smacking his gum like a teenager. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Over all the exam was pointless and we left.

I was unhappy at the time but let it go. We are going out of town this weekend and need to have our pup boarded. I stopped in to get information on boarding and the same two women sat at the front desk and responded the same as they did before. It really seems like customers are wasting their time at this place. One lady gave me the amount per night and no other information regarding boarding. I will not be taking my dog there this weekend nor will I ever return for a vet visit. Overall very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.

I have been to this vet many times. I have been very satisfied with everyone there. The vets are very compassionate. I would highly recommend this vet.
