Franklin Rehabilitation at Innovative Health and Fitness

Innovative has a friendly environment with wonderful members and a friendly staff. The personal trainers are very professional and really want to help make a difference in your life. The large group exercise instructors give a great workout.

Very fun atmosphere. Peaceful and I found everything top of the line.

Nice place. I like when the front desk person reads my names and uses it during our interaction. Makes my experience feel more personalized.

DON'T TAKE YOUR KIDS! They provide no training & have too many kids in there. The workers were watching more than a dozen 2-4 yr olds & they were only teens themselves. They were more interested in hanging out with each other and the children were ignored. They were yelling at a little girl who was no more than 2 because she was crying. They threatened to put her in a time-out to try instead of comforting/distracting/engaging her. They were mad this kid was interfering with their time to chat. It's awful! My kids were so upset when we left after witnessing these teens bully this baby who was just missing her family! Who knows what else happens in that room! The "GM" tells me they have installed cameras, obviously they've had other complaints. I tried to cancel my membership after going 1 hour they won't issue me a refund because they said I could still come without my kids. Unacceptable! I'm a mom who knows how hard it is to take time for yourself. THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO DO THAT!

been going to innovative for over a year, no complaints, staff is friendly and helpful always with a smile, which is wonderful, never have to waif for a machine. i would recommend this club to any one... thumbs up guys!

If you look at the reviews dates they are all within a months time of each other... Hmmmm maybe the employees are just trying to make it look good??? Better check it out for yourself...

Everyone there goes out of their way to assure you reach your fitness goals. I drive past lots of other clubs to come here because it is worth it.

Very satisfied with this fitness center- cleanliness, staff, and equipment are top notch! I have enjoyed both yoga and spinning sessions. Finally, Brian has been an exceptional trainer. Keep up the good work!
