        Saw the ratings and went with Cofield's initially. This is a long one so bare with me. 1st appointment made and cancelled by me. With price quoted for ignition and touch pad , (185.00) , we wanted to attempt additional try of recovery of lost keys before going this route. After disappointment of searching again without success, we made a second appointment. It was made clear yesterday and today that I messed up his schedule with the cancellation. I apologized profusely and assured that would not happen today. Upon arrival of the tech, the quote that was presented yesterday now only covered the key. I was on the phone with owner (assume that's what the position is) stated that I had gotten a quote that was only 10.00 more from a dealership and that was for both key and pad. That would also include 60.00 for towing the vehicle. Before another word could be spoken the tech yanked the phone from my hand and said, "Go to blake, have it towed." In the end, actually saving 150.00
