Pediatric Associates Of Franklin

We have seen two pediatricians at this office for over three years now. Dr. Carr and Dr. Hood have exceptional rapport with us and our school-age & teenage children. In emergencies I have had to see other doctors in the practice and have been pleased with them as well. One saturday morning I rushed my injured son from the soccer field to the office and they fit him into the schedule, sent him to get x-rays and stayed late to put his broken wrist in a splint for the weekend. The front office staff is a little robotic and I hate the fact that even though I have had the same insurance card for 30 months they check it every time I come in. The waiting room can be zoo-like depending upon when you go, but I am always able to get an appointment the day I call. The addition of getting perscriptions in the office is a nice amenity.
