I got no confirmation that the delivery was made and had to contact them 5 times to get a receipt for our corporate purchase. More trouble than it was worth. Will not use them again. I only hope the arrangement we paid for looks better than the shop's customer service.
They really know their stuff! And right now, if you're looking for Christmas, you won't believe what they can do..... You have to see the shop! I'm excited to go back.
Would not return phone calls for my wedding flowers. Apparently they don't want business.
