Enes is the most incredible cab service professional we have ever had the privilege of working with. If you are looking for someone who goes above and beyond, Enes is your guy. After a long series of unfortunate events, including the loss of a very necessary i.d. card for a departing flight, Enes drove an hour out of his way to another county to pick up my fiance in a pinch with my credit card on file prior to take off. Picked him up on time, raced him to the DMV to replace his i.d. which he paid for until my fiance could get his check cashed, then raced him all the way back to the airport an hour the other way. My fiance was without a phone, and in the circumstance, was even granted use of Enes's cell to keep in contact with me so I could stay informed. He dropped him off early for the flight, and even called me afterward to let me know he had arrived safely as I was home in another state. Enes, I cannot thank you enough. You were a lifesaver in a bad situation. Our silver lining. Thank you so much. If we are ever again in Boise, we are calling to take you out for dinner and drinks!
We had an incident at our salon with a woman who very quickly became "out of it" while receiving a color service. We were able to get her color washed out and knew we had to call her a cab to get her home. Although we never saw her drinking, we were unsure of what she was under the influence of. I was concerned the cab would not take her in such a state so when the driver came, (he arrived quickly after the call), I went to speak with him. Juan had a very clean cab and was very accommodating. We gave him the address and her credit card and he informed us of the cost. Juan even called us after to say he was able to walk her to the door of her building but due to policy, was unable to walk her upstairs to her door. We did not ask him to call us so I really appreciated it. Thank you for making a very difficult and uncomfortable situation a little easier on us.
I read the reviews on YP and didn't believe them because they looked like plants. Everyone seemed to know his name (Enes) and all reviews were just too good. OMG (I love that phrase), he is real, and indeed as reported. I gave him my address and name and mentioned that he'd been to the address a year ago, and he paused and said, "You were here from Kansas and you were visiting your son." I said, "You keep notes?", and he said, "No, I remembered you, I promise. No notes." Anyway, Enes is a one-man show, and is for real. Once you try him, you'll not use anyone else. S.
