        Overall

        Late to pick me up.
        The car that was rented to me did not have a full tank of gas and smelled like smoke.
        They did not inspect the vehicle and attempted to charge me for damage I didn't cause.
        The staff was rude and did not appear to care that I was inconvenienced due to their tardiness.
