Frankenmuth Toy Company-Kite Kraft

First, if like to say this location has fantastic, one of a kind toys--however, the last three visits, the staff seems to genuinely dislike their job. The first time I placed my items on the counter and was trying to find my coupon...the employee had processed the order quickly and wouldn't honor the coupon. The second time they were chatting on the phone the entire time ignoring us. This last time, I asked if my four year old could you their test room and she rudely pointed outside! Heading to the door, she says "white building red roof!" So instead of staying there and purchasing, we left. We were the only people in the store. It saddens me because my parents took me to that store when I was young, and I feel it's changed for the worse...and I REALLY love their toys!!! Ha!
