        The doctor is knowledgeable, takes a thorough history, really listens, &, therefore, provides appropriate treatments that really work, making a patient feel well cared for. The staff is respectful, knowledgeable, & professional also, yet they demonstrate appropriate friendliness, making a patient feel welcome. They are prompt and provide a comfortable and warm feeling from within.
