Allstate Insurance: Brent Jablonski

I called several times to try to set up insurance. I was put on hold, for so long, I hung up. Then I called back and left a message. No one called me back. I found another agent, with another company.

When I had Brent Jablonski as my auto insurance agent, I had a terrible time. The few times I called, I got voice mail, for days. When when I managed to actually get someone on the phone, Brent a well as the women who worked in the office, acted like I was bothering them. Having this office as my insurance company was very unpleasant. Thankfully I have a very nice company now, who doesn't mind when I ask them questions, and actually knows the meaning of the words customer service. When it comes to your insurance needs, it is important to feel comfortable with who you end up choosing. If you are thinking about using Brent Jablonski as your agent, I seriously advise you to keep looking, as there are any other companies to choose from who wont treat you badly, or avoid helping you when in need. Oh yeah I am still getting spam from them even though I asked them to remove me from their list.Also their prices are VERY inflated.
