        Overall
        I had the worst customer servi...

        I had the worst customer service experience in years at this place. They are significantly overpriced, which would actually be OK with me if they would simply deliver what they promised. Instead, they farted around for 4 days before they told me they couldn't complete the order. I was a long term customer in an emergency situation, needed replacement frames right away, had told them that several times, and yet they still managed to wait for days before they told me 'sorry'. Taking all my family's business elsewhere.
