Overall
food service

Foster city Ihop best pumkin pancake. Fuffly and light taste like a cake. Yummy! First time tasting the pumpkin pancake and enjoy everybit of it. My husband I order the festive holiday ultimate combo. 2 eggs, 3 sausages, 3 bacon strips,hash-brown and delicious pancakea along with the hazelnut flavour coffee Wow! surprising Good.

The service was very prompt, friendly server and efficient. Move over Denny's. definetly your customer from now on.

Overall
why such poor ingredients?

In fairness, it isn't just this location, but why do IHOP's as a whole use such mediocre-to-poor quality ingredients in their food? The roast beef is dry, the bacon tastes like cardboard....

Why do I ever go at all? When I get off of work at 2 a.m. on weekend nights IHOP is the only thing around open, and I go when I absolutely have nothing to eat at home.

And the other thing that gets me is that it costs as much as eating good food in a fairly nice restaurant does.
