We first found this business 14 years ago when the movers dinged a piece of our furniture. A piece of veneer had been knocked off of an antique dressing table. The movers told us to go there and get it repaired. Mr. Ford fixed it as good as new. You couldn't even see where it had been damaged. This past June (09) we purchased an antique office chair at Montgomery Street Mall in Ft. Worth. It seemed in pretty good condition in the store, but when we got it home--it "listed" and had some other minor issues. Unfortunately, shortly after we got it home, the base cracked and broke. It seemed pretty hopeless, and I didn't know who I could get to fix it. It was either going to get repaired or go to the county dump (I live in Wise County). I got on the internet and started searching and found Guaranteed Furniture Repair. I had completely forgotten about this gentleman, but when I saw his shop in the photo, I recognized the building right away and was thrilled to find out he was still in business! We picked the chair up this past Saturday (8/1) and it's not only as good as new, it's BETTER! He not only fixed the problem, but tightened, glued and re-worked the entire chair. He is so patient and explains everything to you in great detail. He is highly professional, honest, sincere and you walk away with complete confidence that your furniture is in the best of hands. In this era of disposable made in China, it's fantastic to be able to find someone who can repair and restore something. I highly recommend this business!

this Valero station provides exceptional customer service even though it is a self-service station. We have purchased our gas at this station for several months and have always been very satisfied with the price and quality of service. Last Friday, we stopped there to put air in a tire. As soon as we stopped at the air/water station and put our coins in the machine, a very friendly and helpful attendant came out to assist. In fact, she took over the process, which was very helpful as my husband is 80 years old and was attempting to do the job! When the compressor stopped before the front tires were aired, she hurriedly returned with more coins for the machine. As we left, we offered her a $3 tip, At first she refused saying, "That is my job." We assured her that it was a refreshing experience to find someone who volunteered to assist and that we were most appreciative. After our insistance, she accepted the tip and told us that any time we needed help, she would be glad to help. We have determined to make this our exclusive source of gas when we are not traveling and I've already told several friends about out experience.
Jerry knows his smokes. Great inventory, great service, great place to shop and enjoy a cigar. The T.V. room is very comfy and relaxing with leather chairs and rockers "to die for" and nearly every T.V. channel avaible. And all the sports channels as well. And he also has big leather chairs in the store area so you can sit, relax , and visit with the parade of customers coming and going. Jerry also offers an outside area with tall tables and very comfy chairs. Great selection of cigars and fine tobaccos. I trust his reccomendations and his prices are very good.He will match your taste to the cigar you need. The nice thing is, you will not be sold something that won't fit your taste.Jerry is very honest and a vault of cigar information. The humidor has all the top brands and a great variety. I enjoy the store very much. It's a place that needs to be on your weekly "to do" list.Keep up the great work Jerry.
